Carry Recruitment Cards and give them to individuals you encounter in your everyday travels who you think would be a good fit for our company. OR tell your referral to put your name on their application. Security experience isn’t required, we are looking for trustworthy, outgoing and professional individuals!
HOW MUCH CAN I EARN AND HOW?
- Refer a new employee that is hired and is assigned to a site for a minimum of 30 hours per week, and completes their first week of employment you will be rewarded $50.00 *$100 in California
- Refer a new employee, who is assigned to a site for a minimum of 30 hours per week and remains on staff for 90 days, you will receive an additional $50. *$100 in California
- Refer a new employee, who is assigned to a site for a minimum of 30 hours per week and completes 6 months of service, you will receive an additional $50. *$100 in California
- Refer 3 or more successful recruits that completes 6 months of service over a one period and you will be placed in a company drawing to receive 1 of 3 awards of your choosing valued over $500.
Ask your Supervisor for Recruitment Cards. A recruitment card should be turned in to your Supervisor prior to the referrals 1st day of work. The Supervisor will turn your card into HR to be entered into the program for payment.
OR have your referral put your name on their application and inform your supervisor so they can let HR know about your referral.
